New LED lights for the designer

With the 24V DC connection and an M12 sensor connector, the VARILED can not only be integrated easily but also space-savingly into the machine environment due to its dimensions.

With the new LED light VARILED, LED2WORK offers a modern lighting series for plant and machinery construction. With 24V DC wiring, compact dimensions, robust housing technology, and various light sizes, the VARILED in the flush-mount version provides the designer with a solid basis for well-illuminated machine design.

The VARILED is available in four sizes in the flush-mount version, ranging from 100x44x15 mm to 497x44x15 mm. Sharp edges in the machine compartment are thus minimized to the smallest possible extent. A safety glass (ESG glass) not only protects the VARILED from coolant and oils but also provides enhanced protection against shocks and impacts. This is especially important for milling and cutting machines. Additionally, the VARILED achieves protection class IP67 and protection class III.

The connection of the robust light is made, as with sensors and actuators, via 24V DC wiring and an M12 sensor connector on the back of the housing. The VARILED is simply mounted using M4 screws and an FKM seal resistant to oils and coolants.

The heat dissipation of the VARILED occurs directly through the black anodized aluminum base body. With a beam angle of 120° and the matte ESG glass, a particularly homogeneous and glare-free illumination is ensured. The VARILED has a performance of over 120 lumens per watt and emits daylight white light (5200K-5700K). This guarantees efficient and, above all, user-friendly lighting. Dimming of the VARILED is also possible via an external module.

With a lifespan of 50,000 operating hours, the machinery industry reduces maintenance costs with the VARILED. The good illumination not only supports machine design but also primarily benefits the user. For retrofitting existing machines, systems, and workplaces, the VARILED is also available as a surface-mounted version.
