New high-quality pallet truck from Höcker

The Höcker Group has been successfully distributing high-quality pallet trucks for several decades, with their own production for the past four years. Plenty of time to further improve a proven product. The Wallenhorst-based specialist for the meat and food industry as well as pharmaceuticals has now ushered in a new generation of its pallet trucks with the new Palletmaster model. "We have been able to improve the new Palletmaster Pro 2.2 in many areas," emphasizes Benjamin Höcker, Managing Director of the Höcker Group. "It is even stronger, more stable, and easier to maintain." The new generation of Höcker pallet trucks has seen significant improvements in stability through constructive modifications, achieving a load capacity of 2500 kg – an increase of 500 kg compared to the predecessor. Additionally, the Palletmaster Pro 2.2 is much easier to maintain thanks to screw connections and screwable bearing brackets for axle attachment. In the previous model, the axles were secured with tension pins or retaining rings. The proven advantages of TÜV-tested Höcker transport equipment remain intact with the latest Palletmaster Pro model: complete manufacturing from stainless steel, suitability for cold storage, excellent corrosion protection, and smooth operation – to name just a few. An additional benefit, as with the previous model, is the quick lifting: with just eight pump strokes, it reaches the maximum lifting height – a real advantage when time is money.

Many options for every need

"In the meat and food industry as well as pharmaceuticals, highly diverse requirements can be placed on a pallet truck," explains Jörg Eekhoff, Technical Sales at Höcker. "To ensure that every customer finds the right Palletmaster Pro 2.2, we offer it as standard in two versions with four different options – plus special customizations." All options are available for the Palletmaster 2.2 and its smaller counterpart with shorter forks, the Palletmaster 2.2s. The Easy Lift option allows the easy-to-maneuver pump to operate the loaded pallet truck with minimal effort – an important feature, especially from a health perspective. To keep noise levels low during production, the Silent-Drive option ensures a quieter working environment, as the quiet Höcker special rollers significantly reduce rolling noise. The issue of static electricity buildup is addressed by the Extra-Safe option, which features electrically conductive wheels and rollers. In many areas of the meat and food industry as well as pharmaceuticals, it may also be necessary to manufacture work equipment resistant to acids or salts to prevent damage and rapid wear. The pallet truck is equipped for this as well: the special stainless steel V4A, from which the chassis of the Acid-Safe option is made, makes the Palletmaster Pro 2.2 a survivor in extreme environments.

Custom modifications in special sizes

The Höcker Group is known for working very closely with its customers during the development and improvement of its products from its own manufacturing. Often, new Höcker products or developments arise from customer suggestions and direct feedback from production areas. Höcker intends to continue this approach with the Palletmaster Pro 2.2. Many of the Palletmaster options can therefore be individually combined, tailored specifically to the customer's requirements. Additionally, Höcker manufactures the Palletmaster Pro in custom sizes upon customer request. These can involve special widths and lengths, as well as specific wheels, modifications based on other options, or custom designs for transporting feeding carts or smoke carts.
