New cleanroom center by Jack Filter
Celebrated with partners and customers was the opening of the innovative location in Steindorf am Ossiacher See. The cleanroom center is the largest investment in the history of the Carinthian family business. The focus is on the development and production of high-performance filters for cleanrooms.
Over 100 invited international guests were able to get an impression of the new cleanroom production on September 25th, which went into operation in June. The production was designed as a cleanroom with an integrated cleanroom and meets the highest requirements. On an area of 3,500 m², this high-tech site produces, among other things, particulate filters in highly efficient Mini-Pleat technology for cleanrooms. Application areas include operating rooms in hospitals, the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Thanks to the high degree of automation and the use of industrial robots, a consistently high quality level is achieved. Customers benefit from the speed of the process workflows and the associated short delivery times. With flexible production technology, small batch sizes can also be manufactured economically. The customization extends to resource-efficient packaging of the filters according to the specific requirements of the customers.
The company, founded in 1947, is one of the leading producers of air filters for industrial dust removal, ventilation, air conditioning, and cleanroom technology. Well-coordinated teams with highly qualified employees formed the basis for the decision to establish the cleanroom center near the company's headquarters in Sattendorf.
Opening celebration with musical star
After a boat trip on Lake Ossiach including visits to the company headquarters in Sattendorf and the new cleanroom center, the concert by American singer Carole Alston was a highlight of the evening at the Ossiach Abbey. With her voice spanning nearly four octaves, she embodied numerous leading roles in musicals. Among the guests was also the mayor of Steindorf, Marialuise Mittermüller, who congratulated the managing directors Kurt and Alexander Gaggl. Martina Klementin hosted the evening.
