NEW: Axis for clean rooms

With the ONE series, Rollon now offers a ready-to-install linear axis for cleanrooms as one of the few complete suppliers. During manufacturing, only low-emission and low-wear components were used: all parts that are not made of stainless steel feature a special coating. This makes the ONE series the first belt-driven axis approved for cleanrooms of class 3 according to EN ISO 14644-1. In addition to the special materials, a vacuum pump is used to suction away particles generated during movement. The axis is available in sizes 50, 80, and 110 mm with a square aluminum profile. ONE axes operate with a repeat accuracy of 0.05 mm and achieve a usable stroke of up to 6,000 mm.

The design of the ONE series represents another version of the ELM series. This axis is a core product of the entire program and is fully developed in all details. Like its predecessor, the ONE is suitable for combination with multi-axis systems. The axis for cleanrooms is based on the know-how and many years of experience of the linear technology specialist.
