New air filter product line from Camfil

"ProSafe" meets the highest filtration requirements, complying with EG 1935/2004, ISO 846, and VDI 6022 standards.

With the new product line "ProSafe" now available, Camfil specifically targets users in the food and life sciences industries with high requirements in production and process safety. Especially in these areas, the latest standards apply to product quality. Camfil, a global leader in air filtration, combines efficiency and energy savings with certified safety through its new filter products Opakfil ProSafe, Hi-Flo ProSafe, and Hi-Cap ProSafe.

With the product line specifically developed for the food and life sciences industries, Camfil emphasizes its commitment to ensuring process safety in production areas. As the initial launch of the "ProSafe" product line, which includes the filter solutions Opakfil ProSafe, Hi-Flo ProSafe, and Hi-Cap ProSafe, the air treatment has been developed in accordance with the prevailing safety requirements for air-conditioned rooms and pre-filtration for cleanrooms. Further "ProSafe" airborne particle filter solutions are in preparation.

Certified Safety

The requirements in the areas of production and process safety are particularly high. In the food and life sciences industries, high standards also apply to product quality. This also pertains to air filtration. The "ProSafe" product line has been specifically developed to guarantee process safety. Certificates attest to food safety, the materials used according to EC 1935-2004, and the prevention of microbial growth according to ISO 846 and VDI 6022. The effectiveness is also guaranteed according to standards EN 779:2012 and EN 1822:2009.

Sustainability and Environmental Protection

Only through efficient solutions and processes can energy and costs be saved. In developing the "ProSafe" product line, Camfil placed particular emphasis on sustainability:

- Hygienically packaged in foil, these air filters can be safely transported within cleanrooms
- Eurovent certifications guarantee high quality standards and energy savings
- All tests are based on EN 779:2012
- All filters are delivered in easily transportable cartons.

Reduced Energy Consumption

The air filters Opakfil ProSafe, Hi-Flo ProSafe, and Hi-Cap ProSafe stand out for their energy efficiency. These filters are available in the filter classes G4, M6, F7, F8, F9, and E10 – depending on the requirements.
