New address in Munich: Carpus+Partner invests in the future

Already in spring 2017, Carpus+Partner AG, headquartered in Aachen, relocated its South German location from Ulm to Munich to be even closer to clients and experts. Now, the currently twelve-person team has moved into the completed office spaces in Schwabinger Tor – a young district developed according to the lifestyles and working methods of the future. Under the motto "Digitalization – Cultural Change – Innovation – Future," the inauguration of the C+P Studio Munich was celebrated on July 19, 2018, with clients and project partners.

In his welcoming speech, Tobias Bloemeke, site manager of Carpus+Partner in Munich, emphasized the importance of a responsible, inclusive approach to all people. He received great approval from those present. Further stimulating discussions were sparked by lectures from Dr. Horst-Dieter Mika of Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, whose cultural changes are overseen by Carpus+Partner, as well as from Stefan Derr of furniture manufacturer Steelcase, with whom the planning and consulting office has a long-standing collaboration. The overarching question addressed by Tobias Ell, Carpus's board member, was: Does society determine the development of companies, or can companies anticipate societal change? For Ell, it is clear: "We want to actively shape it – and we are now doing so from Munich!"

The signs are pointing to growth

"Waiting for the new premises was worth it. We firmly believe in the quality and the radiance of Schwabinger Tor," emphasizes Bloemeke and adds: "With the open space and the flexible, highly communicative possibility rooms, we also connect to our corporate culture: We want to learn from each other and create new knowledge." In this spirit, the 440 m² large office floor also offers space, if needed, for colleagues from Frankfurt and Aachen, as well as for intercultural networking among the locations.

The unique start-up atmosphere at the Munich branch also provides an attractive working environment for high potentials: Since the relocation, ten new employees have already joined the diverse team of seven nations. And more reinforcement is expected, as a new Munich specialist group for "Business (R)Evolution" is being established by the end of 2018, enabling even more general planning and consulting mandates to be executed from the Isar metropolis. Bloemeke: "We look forward to working and to the future in an inspiring district!"
