MULTIVAC Group is a Best Managed Company 2023

The MULTIVAC Group is a winner of the Best Managed Companies Award 2023. The award is presented jointly by Deloitte Private and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in collaboration with the Federation of German Industries (BDI) to excellently managed companies from the German Mittelstand. Christian Traumann, Managing Director (CEO) of the MULTIVAC Group, received the award yesterday in Düsseldorf.

The Mittelstand is central to the German economy. The Best Managed Companies Award honors excellently managed family businesses and mid-sized companies headquartered in Germany – as an incentive and role model for others to shape the future with strategic foresight, innovation, a sustainable leadership culture, and good corporate governance. During the application process, participating companies were evaluated on their excellence in the following four core areas: Strategy, Productivity and Innovation, Culture and Commitment, as well as Finance and Governance. A high performance in all four areas is a prerequisite for the award. Subsequently, the winners were selected by a jury consisting of renowned representatives from business, science, and media.
