Movement in sterile environment

Two years it took, until the development developed and certified Fraunhofer-Institut the result: With the series of ONE EL.MORE in Italy succeeded in for the first time bringing a linear axle for pure areas of the class ISO 1 (according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1/Fed Std 0.01 (FED 209)) on the market. The tests on pure space fitness were accomplished with different dynamic loads. Franc citizen from the Fraunhofer Institut after the tests: "... ISO class 1 is an extraordinarily good result and is rarely reached." Pure and pure dreams are needed particularly in the semiconductor manufacturing, in order not to impair the structuring of integrated circuits within the range of fractions of a micrometer. But also in space travel -, the food und Medizintechnik is attached highest requirements to process engineering processes in pure space's applications. EL.MORE sees itself now with its products in the situation to transfer the automation process also to high-sensitive ranges.
