More flexibility and safety in freeze-dryer environments

In Lyo systems, different container sizes of vials are used. To keep partially sealed containers under cleanroom Class A conditions until the stopper is fully sealed, the company Ortner has developed a user-friendly system:

The vials can be targeted and easily positioned on all levels of the Hepa-Carts (LF-Carts). These carts are each equipped with a filter-fan-unit and thus guarantee continuous cleanroom Class A conditions. This ensures that the transport and storage of the vials are maintained under perfect cleanroom Class A conditions.

The individual compartments of the carts are variably adjustable to the size of the bottles. Thanks to the double-sided sliding doors, handling of the carts from both sides is possible. Despite high loading capacities, the carts are maneuverable and easy to move due to the integrated battery and electric motor. With the help of a semi-automated mobile transfer cart, vials can be removed from the lyophilizer particularly user-friendly.
