With the MULTILINE ADAPTIV, a modular system for stainless steel multi-couplings, Eisele sets standards for tool and format changeovers on food and packaging machines. Thanks to the perfectly coordinated modular design, various hose diameters, connection types, and media can be flexibly integrated into a multi-coupling. As a MULTILINE E, it can also accommodate electrical and electronic connections.

The MULTILINE ADAPTIV from Eisele offers a groundbreaking concept that allows functional groups to be connected to machines. A completely modular system with adaptive inserts ensures that exactly the connections needed for a specific application can be combined in a multi-coupling. Whether in plant construction, maintenance, or repair: assembly effort and changeover times can be significantly reduced with this world innovation. Since all individual parts are compatible with each other, this system represents a decisive advancement over previous solutions.

Thanks to the modular principle, connections for pneumatics, vacuum, gases, cooling water, liquids, and even plugs for electrical and electronic cables in the MULTILINE E can be combined in a single interface. In addition to mixed concepts of various control lines, complete solutions for electrical and electronic connections are also possible. For use in the food industry, all parts are made entirely of stainless steel, and seals are made from FDA-compliant materials.

Once a basic body consisting of a plug and socket has been selected, the adaptive inserts allow for the exact connections required for a specific application to be combined. Later modifications are just as simple. The size of the connections is variable, and shut-off functions for coupling and decoupling under pressure are also possible. MULTILINE ADAPTIV and MULTILINE E are ideal for prototype and special machine construction. Especially for batch sizes of 1 to 10 units, the required multi-couplings can be individually and cost-effectively configured from the pre-fabricated standard components.
