For this application the company Ortner clean-room technology GmbH developed a system module wall, which considers regarding simplicity and flexibility to the requirements. This mobile pure space bulkheading - "Cleanroomskin" genannt - is available in flexible sizes and on measure is manufactured. The basic modules consist of the clean-spacesuited metal frames with put on grasps, developed by the company Ortner clean-room technology, which make a simple handling possible. These modules are clamped with snap fasteners and guide pins and achieve by it a high stability. Sealing lips result in the desired tightness of the system, a with difficulty inflammable and clean-spacesuited transparent foil with orientation stickers, used in metal frames, make possible the necessary look through.The transparency of the faces results in beyond that a better overview, in order to recognize and receive around an optical enlargement dangers. The simplicity of the system makes a substantial reduction possible of the up and dismantling expenditure in comparison to provisional bulkheadings.
