The stainless steel version is also suitable for use in hygiene-sensitive environments, such as the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and medical industries. It is also available for use in explosion-proof zones and as a cleanroom variant. The scissor lift table can lift up to 1,500 kg and is also available in a mobile version, making it a portable, easily height-adjustable work platform.

They are indispensable for operational handling - lifting tables. As a supplement to assembly stations, they facilitate lifting loads to the correct height or serve as a transport aid for parts, boxes, or pallets in a mobile version. The areas of application are countless. For flexible use in the rough industrial everyday life, EAP Lachnit has designed its flat scissor lift table type 350. Thanks to its robust construction, it can lift even the heaviest loads up to 1,500 kg. The South German manufacturer specializes in conveying and lifting technology in sensitive industrial sectors and also offers its lift tables for use in hygiene-sensitive areas in the food and chemical industries, pharmaceuticals, and medical technology, as well as for explosion-proof zones and cleanrooms. For this purpose, the lift tables are made entirely of stainless steel (V2A) and equipped with a waterproof hydraulic unit. They are therefore suitable for all industries with high requirements for corrosion resistance, surface hygiene, and ease of cleaning of equipment and systems. The design complies not only with the testing of lifting devices according to BGG 945 but also with the latest EU directives and hygiene regulations.

Robust construction

The flat scissor lift table type 350 in stainless steel version features an extremely flat design, with a hydraulic unit housed in a waterproof stainless steel control box. When lowered, the lift table has a construction height of only 85 mm. Since its design also omits a disruptive floor frame, it offers maximum foot space freedom and significantly simplifies loading and unloading of EURO pallets or other standardized pallets. The platform is designed in U- or E-shape for this purpose. This allows standard hand trucks to easily drive flush with the platform floor. This improves ergonomics and safety levels and also increases the efficiency of lifting and handling processes. Optionally, the scissor lift table is supplied with a bellows that acts as a clamp protection for the scissors and protects both people and machinery.

Additional features of the scissor lift table include adjustable lowering speed, high lateral stability through roller guides, safety contact strips under the platform, and rupture-proof safety valves on both stainless steel cylinders. The maximum lifting height is 750 mm, and the independent lifting and lowering times are 25 and 20 seconds, respectively.

Work at the right height

The available variants of the scissor lift table also allow it to be used as a mobile work platform. For this purpose, it is equipped with wheels, a sturdy railing, and an all-around bellows. The lift table can be moved manually or supplemented with an electric drive. It is then additionally equipped with a safety strip that interrupts operation upon contact with people or objects. This feature comes standard with the lift table.

For all areas of application, there is also an accessory range with various rollers, base plates, basic frames, ramps, and attachments for turning and tilting. Additional protective covers and versions made of V4A stainless steel are also feasible.
