METOCLEAN products for contact surface cleaning

Asmetec sells products for contact surface cleaning under the private label METOCLEAN.

The range includes hand rollers in widths from 5 mm to 560 mm with various designs such as anti-static or conductive.
Of course, suitable cleaning pads (adhesive pads) are also available for the hand rollers. These must match the hand rollers to prevent adhesive transfer to the product. The adhesive pads are available with different adhesive strengths and various sheet counts per block.

Asmetec also offers adhesive rolls, which are used for panel cleaners (these are cleaning machines for circuit boards). These are optionally available on continuous reel paper, with a length of 20 meters, or pre-cut into 70 sheets per roll, wound. Additionally, Asmetec offers adhesive rolls on film base, with a length of 25 meters, with the same outer diameter of the adhesive roll.

The roll widths range from 200mm to 1500mm in the assortment and are usually available from stock. The most common widths are 622mm and 762mm. Custom sizes up to a width of 1500mm can also be manufactured individually.

Asmetec also offers specially manufactured elastomer rolls for almost all brand-name panel cleaners.
