ESD hand rollers are very appealing due to their antistatic and dissipative nature, especially for EPA areas. Overall, the hand rollers are suitable for professional cleaning of industrial surfaces such as glass, plastic, circuit boards, and more.

The plastic handle is attached to a stable and robust aluminum die-cast frame, ensuring smooth operation and a comfortable grip. Additionally, the hand rollers do not produce dust particles through material abrasion, allowing the rollers to clean the surface to be cleaned thoroughly.

The METOCLEAN ESD hand rollers from Asmetec GmbH are available in various roller widths and with different ESD properties. For example, some are conductive, and others are dissipative; furthermore, the ohm value varies among the hand rollers.

The hand rollers are available in widths of 150, 205, 240, 305, 400, and 450 mm. They are offered as ESD versions or as standard cleanroom hand rollers. It is also important to note that the softer the elastomer rollers, the harder the product to be cleaned must be. Accordingly, hardness levels of 25 Shore are suitable for glass, laminated circuit boards, and other materials, while rollers with 35 and 45 Shore are suitable for films, foils, or other thin materials.
