The DTS floor mats from the brand METOCLEAN are reliable removers of dust and dirt, making them an absolute must-have for any cleanroom. They are especially recommended at doors and airlocks leading to a cleanroom or a room where as little dirt as possible should be brought in. The floor mats are suitable for cleanrooms up to class 100. This also includes laboratories and hospitals, which particularly prefer the antibacterial variant of the floor mats. These contain an antibacterial solution in the adhesive layer.

The adhesive floor mats consist of LD polyethylene films coated with an acrylate adhesive film. These are packed into 30 peelable layers per block. One packaging unit contains 10 blocks.

The bottom layer of a block is double-sided adhesive, so the protective film can be easily peeled off, and the floor mat can be simply affixed to the floor. A non-adhesive, numbered corner of the mat facilitates peeling off used layers and also indicates the current stock of available layers.
