Meet the highest cleanliness requirements flexibly and cost-effectively
Innovative and more for deburring, cleaning, and service
At this year's parts2clean in Stuttgart, Ecoclean presents the completely new developed system concept EcoCvelox. The highly flexible innovation combines high-pressure water jet deburring with various low-pressure processes for component cleaning in one process. Furthermore, solutions for wet chemical part cleaning, digitalization of cleaning processes, and forward-looking service concepts are presented.
The requirements for particulate cleanliness of components for mechatronic assemblies such as hydraulic or pneumatic systems, as well as pump and motor housings, are becoming increasingly stricter. Specifications for no particles larger than 400 micrometers or even smaller are commonplace. Process-safe deburring is a fundamental prerequisite to meet these requirements.
With the innovative system concept EcoCvelox, Ecoclean GmbH presents a world novelty at this year's parts2clean (Hall 7, Stand B31) in Stuttgart, which efficiently and space-savingly combines 5-axis high-pressure deburring with various processes for component cleaning and drying. The process-configurable and expandable system allows deburring of parts up to 200 x 200 x 200 mm in cycle times of only 15 seconds per pallet. For quick and easy programming of high-pressure deburring—either with a single spindle or a high-pressure revolver with up to five tools—an integrated CAD/CAM interface is available. Together with the highly dynamic parts handling system, this ensures that process workflows for new workpieces can be implemented in the shortest possible time. Component cleaning and drying can be performed via injection flood washing, spraying, targeted rinsing, ultrasound, high-speed blow-off, and vacuum drying. Depending on the task, EcoCvelox can be combined and linked with other products from the manufacturer, such as a solvent system for pre-cleaning oily parts. Subsequent fine cleaning can, among other methods, be carried out with the water-based cleaning system EcoCwave, which will also be showcased at the fair.
When it comes to reliably and efficiently meeting the very high cleanliness requirements of components for the optical industry, medical technology, tool industry, as well as high-tech and high-purity industries, the multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning systems from UCM AG, a company of the SBS Ecoclean Group, are the right solution. Through various system and process engineering details, as well as optimal design and process development, these systems set standards in fine and final cleaning.
The digitalization of cleaning processes is another area for which Ecoclean presents solutions at parts2clean. They enable not only improved production planning and thus increased productivity but also seamless batch- or component-specific documentation of system and process conditions, among other benefits.
Forward-looking service solutions, including the use of augmented reality for maintenance and repair work, complement the offerings at Ecoclean's exhibition stand. Experienced customer service staff at the "Service Island" also provide information on topics such as predictive maintenance, customized service concepts, training for customer employees, as well as system modernization and adaptation.
