Maximum flow rate for liquids

Eisele has expanded the LIQUIDLINE for cooling water applications and the dead-space-free FREELINE with additional elbow screw fittings for particularly high flow rates.

Eisele has expanded the LIQUIDLINE with all-metal connections for coolant water and the dead-space-free FREELINE with additional components for particularly high flow rates. Several material and design variants with flow-optimized pipe bends complement the product family.

Coolant water circuits impose specific requirements on the connections and lines used. To meet these special demands, Eisele has developed a product line specifically for coolant water within the LIQUIDLINE, which includes optimized connections in stepped sizes and proven Eisele quality. Materials used include corrosion-resistant brass or stainless steel. The proven screw-in connections are combined by the Waiblingen company with pivotable pipe bends in 90° or 45° angles as intermediate pieces. Eisele also offers a version of Series 1600 made of stainless steel with a dead-space-free FREELINE screw connection in this design.

Guaranteed free passage

The pipe screw-in connections have achieved a flow rate more than 50 percent better in comparative tests than conventional angled connections, as there are no vortices in the fluid flow and the full passage is available for heat transfer. They are suitable, for example, for coolant water applications in power electronics, welding processes, or high-frequency induction heating as used in foundries. Due to the improved flow rate of the pipe bends, smaller diameters can also be used to achieve the same cooling performance as with previous angled connections. Thanks to their design, they are significantly easier to clean from the inside. Therefore, they also offer great advantages when conveying paints or similar liquids.

Resistant materials

The pipe screw-in connections with pull-off sleeve and a seal are available as Series 2600 made of corrosion-resistant brass and Series 4600 made of acid-resistant and stainless steel 1.4404. Eisele also offers a version of Series 1600 made of stainless steel with a dead-space-free FREELINE screw connection as a hose connection. This is especially aimed at the paint, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The new coolant water connections are particularly suitable for high-performance applications where maximum flow rates are crucial. They perfectly complement the LIQUIDLINE and are compatible with all other proven Eisele connections.
