Multivac R-145

Multivac presents several technologies for packaging medical sterilization goods at Medtec. The exhibit list includes the thermoforming packaging machines R 085 and R 145, equipped with an integrated film direct printer MR296, as well as a tray sealer of type T 260 and the special chamber machines C 200 TC and C 300 TC.

The special chamber machines C 200 TC and C 300 TC are equipped with permanently heated sealing bars and offer the processors a high degree of process safety and reproducibility. They are based on the same technology as the models C 400 TC and C 500 TC but feature smaller format ranges and fewer options. The special chamber machines are suitable for processing pouches made from various materials.

With the thermoforming packaging machine R 085, Multivac introduces an entry-level model for thermoforming packaging, which can be used for processing soft films as well as rigid films. The R 085 is available in four standard configurations.

The thermoforming packaging machine R 145 is a freely configurable model that can be expanded very easily and flexibly due to its modular design, making it ideally suited to meet the individual requirements of manufacturers. The R 145 is equipped with a film direct printer MR296 TI for printing on the top film.

For tray packaging, Multivac presents the tray sealer T 260, a packaging system developed specifically to meet the requirements of the medical and pharmaceutical industries. It supports GMP-compliant packaging, particularly in terms of packaging quality, process safety, and cleanroom suitability.
