Markus Arendt takes up his position on the Executive Board of Dr. Hönle AG

On May 1st, Dr. Markus Arendt took up his position as a member of the Executive Board at Dr. Hönle AG. He succeeds Dr. Franz Richter, who was appointed by the Supervisory Board for one year to serve on the Executive Board to manage the business on an interim basis. Franz Richter is now returning as Chairman to the Supervisory Board.

Dr. Markus Arendt has extensive experience with international industrial companies. Most recently, the qualified industrial engineer served as Managing Director of the German subsidiary of MKS Instruments, Inc., a supplier to the semiconductor industry. Prior to that, he worked for 15 years at SUSS MicroTec SE, including as Head of the Business Unit Lithography and as Managing Director of SUSS Photonic Systems Inc., Corona, USA.
