The Höcker service vehicle is equipped for quick and efficient maintenance and repair operations as well as DGUV V3 inspections with VDE testing. It is not only stocked with all common wear and spare parts but also with an extensive range of tools and all necessary special tools. Well prepared, Höcker service technicians can perform scheduled maintenance routines efficiently and are available on short notice for any challenge. Repair tasks, such as replacing defective parts, exchanging drive units, or replacing wear parts, are completed without long lead times.

Professional maintenance instead of costly downtime

The most common tasks include maintenance work that enhances safety within companies and helps prevent the need for repairs altogether. This includes, for example, a complete inspection, including checking the gap and setting dimensions as well as the wear parts of tilting devices. Lubricants are also professionally renewed if necessary.

"Overall, the Höcker service vehicle is a small workshop on four wheels," summarizes Höcker. Thanks to the tools carried along, repairs to electrical systems can be addressed directly in addition to maintenance. The service technician can also perform the DGUV V3 approval or VDE testing immediately after inspecting the machine.
