M+W Products celebrates groundbreaking for the new company headquarters

The new company headquarters of M+W Products GmbH is being built in Renningen. On January 19th, the traditional company will celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony in the new Raite industrial park with the first shovelful of earth. In addition to the invited guests on site, the employees of M+W will be "virtually" present – via live broadcast to the existing company building.

M+W Products GmbH, a subsidiary of the M+W Group, develops and manufactures innovative products and customized solutions in the field of cleanroom and precision climate technology in Germany, China, and the Czech Republic. Its headquarters was in Stuttgart Weilimdorf for more than 100 years. The relocation is thus a significant milestone in the company's history. However, the company needs space to continue growing and developing. The new building is also seen as an opportunity to tailor and future-proof the working conditions of the innovative company, from technical equipment to more efficient processes and structures, to team-friendly workplaces with the latest standards. "We are looking forward to our new building, where we can create modern workplaces and optimal working conditions," says Frank Bauer, Managing Director of M+W Products GmbH.

In Renningen, a modern manufacturing and office building is being constructed on 13,000 m² for up to 300 employees. With approximately 25,500 m² of total area, the site offers sustainable growth reserves for the future. The decision to choose the Renningen Raite industrial park was influenced by its good transportation connections and infrastructure, as well as the collaborative partnership with the city. Mayor Wolfgang Faißt will also jointly participate in the groundbreaking ceremony with Frank Bauer, Managing Director of M+W Products, and Dr. Wolfgang Büchele, CEO of the M+W Group.
