Due to adjustments for 2017, an above-average number of exhibitors were already able to be secured at the beginning to participate in the lounges next year. With over 100 exhibitors and partners, the high standards for the event are already demonstrated today.

In recent weeks, the opportunity was also used to speak with many to find out what is of interest and how exhibitors want to present themselves. An important point is/was maintaining the quality of visitors, which must be kept high. The goal now is to attract the right people and many of them to the event.

It has been clearly evident in recent years that the influence of technical lectures on visitors is very significant. The focus now is on aligning these precisely with those whom the exhibitors also want to have at their booths.

Therefore, a clear restructuring of the program was discussed with the event advisory board for 2017.

For 2017, two areas will be created:

1. Scheduled Program in 2 Lecture Rooms (Authorities, Industry, Associations, Institutes)
   a. Room 1 Cleanroom Technology
   b. Room 2 Pharma
2. Real Live Presentations (Exhibitors)
   a. In all other 4 lecture rooms
   b. Also within the framework of the Open Discussion, which will be moderated and held exclusively in Forum 6

Real Live Presentations mean

• Practical relevance to specific projects
• No advertising freedom - no product presentation as a project
• Innovative topics from industry, research, etc.
• Presentation preferably together with the end user or at least mentioning the name

• Every exhibitor has completed projects
• The interest clearly lies with the people who are currently implementing projects, i.e., the customers of the exhibitors

Real Live Presentations with consistent implementation
• Other topics will not be included
• Submission of multiple topics (4) is possible
• Topics will be evaluated as always with the event advisory board and included in the program
• Non-compliance with exhibitor requirements and late submission of documents will result in exclusion from the program

Technical lectures can be submitted until August 31, 2016.
