LOCK LINE - decontamination air-locks

For more than ten years hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) for sterilization processes in gas form e.g. with material locks in the Pharma industry begun the company Ortner clean-room technology concerns itself with the development of special equipment and has a new line "Lockline" entwickelt. The advantages of a hydrogen peroxide sterilization are not e.g. a fast and reliable sterilization, it leave arrears and bring therefore also no environmentaldamaging effect with itself. After the sterilization phase catalytically into the harmless Bestandteile Wasser and oxygen is converted - these products are well-known-measured harmless, contrary to different alternatives e.g. formaldehyde (CH2O) exist a smaller health risk. A further advantage is it that auto+pianoable materials and devices cannot be sterile brought over a decontamination air-lock into the pure area.The H2O2-Sterilisation is highly effective between 4°C and 80°C against particularly resistant pathogene and apathogene micro organisms and their sporen. The gaseous H2O2 is produced in a generator integrated in the material lock by evaporation 30 to 35%igen of a solution. With air-locks up to a size of 4 m³ the H2O2-Einbringung becomes diagonally the H2O2-Ansaugung without circulating air fan into the chamber of a lock eingebracht.  the gas concentration within the chamber of a lock lies with max. 1.000 ppm. Further the material lock in under can -, atmosphere or positive pressure to be operated. The whole process is validatable and works in a closed cycle.
