LED2WORK offers LED lighting for cleanrooms

In cleanrooms, installed components must meet particularly high requirements. The TUBELED 40 from LED2WORK is well-suited for cleanrooms due to its compact design, high performance, and careful manufacturing, and is already successfully installed up to cleanroom class 5.

In cleanrooms, it is crucial to use as little material as possible to prevent contamination from the outset. At the same time, performance and lighting requirements are especially high, such as in microproduction or for optically demanding tasks in cleanroom assembly. Small and fine

The LED is equipped with an aluminum base body and a break-proof borosilicate glass cover. Additionally, the luminaire is encapsulated; this prevents outgassing of plastics, which is particularly important for cleanrooms in semiconductor technology.

Equipped with powerful SMD LEDs, the TUBELED 40 provides a strong illumination with just 40 mm diameter and a beam angle of 40 degrees, delivering 2,200 lux (measured at 50 cm distance). The TUBELED 40 illuminates evenly and flicker-free.

Made in Germany

The electrical connection of the TUBELED 40 can be made via an M12 sensor connector to 24V DC machine voltage or via a 220-240V AC power supply. Since the power supply is located inside the LED luminaire housing, no additional wiring or external power supply needs to be installed during maintenance. This makes replacing the luminaire quick and straightforward. The TUBELED 40 is available in different sizes and light intensities.
