Knowledge, trends, and innovations for component cleaning

Higher demands on the particulate and/or film cleanliness of components, modified workpieces, new manufacturing processes, and stricter regulatory requirements – just a few examples of the challenges faced by companies in the field of industrial component cleaning. Gathering information on these topics is becoming more difficult due to contact restrictions, travel limitations, and the cancellation of trade fairs and conferences. Ecoclean contributes to bridging these information and knowledge gaps through webinars on various topics related to industrial component cleaning.

Transformation processes in numerous industries such as automotive and supplier industries, mechanical engineering, electronics, semiconductor technology, and medical technology present companies with new and changing tasks in component cleaning as well. Typically, users gather information about solutions and current trends and innovations in parts cleaning during trade fair visits or by attending specialized conferences and seminars. However, these sources of information are currently unavailable due to contact restrictions and travel limitations caused by COVID-19.

Webinars as an Alternative

To at least partially bridge the resulting information and knowledge gap, Ecoclean GmbH has developed a webinar series on component cleaning. The online events cover various topics related to industrial component cleaning. The planned topics for the interactive webinars include:

- Fundamentals of component cleaning
- Technical cleanliness VDA 19
- Innovative technologies
- Comparison between solvent-based cleaning and water-based media cleaning
- Fine and precision cleaning

Through interactive design, participants can communicate directly with the presenters and ask questions, similar to an in-person event.
