The protective element GPN 608, available in numerous sizes, can be used universally as a plug or cap. Due to its conical shape, the cone closure is excellent for bridging tolerances. It can be used both for sealing holes and internal threads and for protecting bolts or external threads. Its novel handle flange in a protected design enables extremely quick disassembly – thus representing a significant time saving compared to conventional protective elements.

The product made from PE-LD features excellent sealing properties: Thanks to its soft material, it provides a particularly secure fit and good clamping behavior. If desired, the protective element meets the requirements of Technical Cleanliness: The production of GPN 608 is possible in a specially equipped cleanroom according to the specifications of VDA Volume 19 and ISO 16232.
