Jack filters for cleanrooms are ready-to-use

As part of the 2015 Research and Innovation Award of the State of Carinthia, the groundbreaking Clean Production Concept was awarded 3rd place at the new cleanroom center of Jack Filter in Steindorf am Ossiacher See. On 2,100 m² of production space, the most modern filter plant in Europe manufactures particulate filters using highly efficient Mini-Pleat technology for hospitals, the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

With this comprehensive concept, Jack Filter sets international standards. It includes a series of coordinated components such as strict separation of clean and unclean areas, highly automated production in the cleanroom, as well as testing and packaging of filters within the cleanroom. The process begins with the selection of suitable suppliers based on strict criteria and careful parts handling upon receipt of goods. This ensures that the filters are optimally protected from contamination and pollution throughout the entire production and logistics process. When they reach the customer, they are "ready to use" and can be integrated directly into the cleanroom without the usual elaborate and costly insertion procedures. The precise manufacturing under cleanroom conditions also enables quick delivery times and flexible filter formats. Customers benefit from these advantages starting from a batch size of just one piece.
