ITE expands Metenova® Zero-g® portfolio for large-volume mixing processes

The two new models expand the proven Zero-g® portfolio for reliable and scalable mixing processes in large production volumes.

ZG11 and ZG12 enable predictable scale-up from development to production scales. Due to similar flow and mixing behavior across different container sizes, processes can be transferred and evaluated more easily. The systems are designed for container volumes of up to 70,000 liters.

The patented Zero-g® technology replaces traditional horizontal pressure bearings with two repelling magnets. This reduces wear and maintenance requirements while enabling a particularly hygienic, aseptic design and dry-running operation.

ZG11 and ZG12 are now available through ITE in Germany.
