Investment in growth market: MANN+HUMMEL acquires helsa Functional Coating

- Expansion of the MANN+HUMMEL product portfolio in the field of activated carbon and molecular filtration

The MANN+HUMMEL Group announced today the completion of the acquisition of helsa Functional Coating as of September 21, 2020. The business division of the helsa Group, founded in 1947, complements MANN+HUMMEL's portfolio primarily in elastomer and activated carbon technology for industrial special applications. Both companies did not disclose the purchase price.
