Intelligent and optimized cleanroom laminar flow system

The SuSi product line from Spetec stands for super silent (very quiet). This motto was set by Spetec during the relaunch of its cleanroom technology modules. As a result, the airflow characteristics in the revised Laminar Flow Module have been improved, and energy-saving fan technology has been installed.
Additionally, monitoring and smart devices are now also integrated into Spetec's Laminar Flow Modules. It is now possible to control and evaluate the supply of clean air remotely, depending on occupancy and contamination level. Implementation is carried out in close consultation and according to the customer's requirements.

The Laminar Flow Module FMS allows a workspace to be equipped with cleanroom conditions using simple and cost-effective means. The module is mounted directly above various workstations or a machine. Ambient air is drawn in by a radial fan and pushed through the filter. This creates a laminar flow, meaning the filtered air flows in parallel streamlines. Particles are captured by the parallel airflow and expelled outward.

The Spetec Laminar Flow Modules of the SuSi product series now feature even lower noise levels. The main filter is housed in a filter cassette, which is securely screwed to the module. Filter replacement can be easily performed from the bottom or top with just a few hand movements. Spetec uses an H14 filter for this purpose, enabling ISO 5 cleanroom class directly beneath the Laminar Flow Module. The modules are available in six different sizes from 0.37 to 1.12 sqm to meet every requirement.
