At Fakuma 2026 in Friedrichshafen, RINCO ULTRASONICS will present a wide range of ultrasonic solutions for welding thermoplastic plastics from October 12 to 16. The focus is on efficient production processes, short setup times, and high process safety, both for individual workstations and automated production lines.

Electrical Motion2-20 with Quick-Change System

A highlight of the trade show appearance is the Electrical Motion2-20 with quick-change system. The servo-electrically operated welding machine combines high precision with energy-efficient operation and enables reproducible welding results even for demanding applications.

The quick-change system for tool holders significantly reduces setup times and simplifies switching between different applications. Modern features such as Audit Trail, user management, and extensive data export options support continuous process monitoring and documentation. The Electrical Motion2 is particularly suitable for companies with high quality and traceability requirements.

Standard2-745

With the completely revised Standard2-745, RINCO presents a powerful pneumatic ultrasonic welding machine for everyday industrial use. The system combines proven mechanics with modern control and offers numerous functions for reproducible and reliable welding processes.

Seven selectable welding modes, an unlimited number of parameter sets, multi-level user management, and extensive quality functions enable easy operation and high process safety. Thanks to its modular design, the Standard2-745 can be flexibly adapted to different requirements, from manual workstations to integration into automation lines or special machines. The well-thought-out construction also supports easy maintenance and short maintenance times.

Other Exhibits

In addition to the two welding machines, RINCO displays electric feeders and ultrasonic generators at frequencies of 20 and 35 kHz, illustrating the diverse possibilities for automation solutions.

The trade show presentation is complemented by various ultrasonic handheld devices for manual applications, as well as a selection of welding samples demonstrating the versatility of ultrasonic technology using real components from different industries.
