High-precision hoses and perfectly fitting injection-molded parts are essential components of modern medical technology. The companies Fleima-Plastic and Novoplast Schlauchtechnik, both part of the Masterflex Group, will present their latest innovations for the medical technology industry at Expomed Eurasia in Istanbul from April 24–26, 2025.

With over 50 years of experience in extrusion and injection molding technology, Fleima-Plastic and Novoplast Schlauchtechnik offer highly specialized solutions for various medical applications – from intensive care to diagnostics and minimally invasive surgery. The focus is particularly on innovative material combinations and functional additives that incorporate conductive elements for signal transmission or antimicrobial properties for the highest safety standards.

"Our manufacturing processes under cleanroom conditions (ISO classes 6 to 8 according to ISO 14644-1) enable us to produce medical components with the highest precision and quality. Medical Technology Made in Germany

The manufacturing is carried out at two specialized sites: In Halberstadt, medical hoses are produced using state-of-the-art extrusion technology (over 10 million meters of hose per month), while in Wald-Michelbach, matching connection parts – from clamps to adapters to connectors – are produced through injection molding (over 45 million injection-molded parts annually).
