The MULTILINE E from Eisele starts with the widely used and standardized M12 circular connectors in various designs and can be freely configured.

Eisele offers its INOXLINE connections and the MULTILINE E, a novel modular system for multi-couplings, as connection components for safe process technology in demanding environments. With its all-metal connections made of stainless steel 1.4404, the Waiblingen-based company specifically targets the pharmaceutical and food industries at ACHEMA 2015.

The latest addition to the Eisele INOXLINE are check valves and quick-release couplings made from corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant stainless steel. They are ideally suited for use in compressed air systems in hygiene-sensitive applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. They also perform excellently under harsh and corrosive operating conditions and achieve a long service life. The check valves ensure free flow of compressed air in one direction. They open at a specific operating pressure, while flow in the opposite direction is blocked. The INOXLINE also includes dead-space-free and seam-free components, in which no product residues can remain due to the design.

MULTILINE E - the world innovation

Eisele has further upgraded its modular system for multi-couplings: in cooperation with Murrelektronik, the MULTILINE ADAPTIV has been developed into the MULTILINE E. The unique adaptive inserts of the new product line can also be equipped with electrical connections. In addition to mixed concepts of various control lines, complete solutions for electrical and electronic systems are also possible. For the integration of the E-connectors, Eisele has optimized the design of the basic body, which can be made from stainless steel or anodized aluminum. The E-connector program currently includes the widely used and standardized M12 circular connectors in various designs for different applications. These include A-coding, Cube6, Profibus, Ethernet, and three to twelve poles. Eisele engineers have also now included a variant of the M12 power connector for power electronics up to 630 volts.
