Assembly tools such as the new KAPSTO® BIT-73X also contribute to process acceleration: the tool is equally suitable for the different norm series GPN 730 and GPN 735 to 738 — and can mount or dismount 82 different screw plugs.

Within one week, a prototype is produced using 3D printing or rapid tooling methods. Just one month after successful coordination, the series parts are delivered. The new Next Day Delivery service ensures the delivery of stock items within Germany for orders placed by a specified time on the following business day. The Priority Production service includes the manufacturing of desired custom parts, after a positive feasibility review, within one day.
