Highest accuracy in the smallest space

Sensors of the FLOWEVO series from smartGAS detect a wide range of gases even at extremely low concentrations.

In many industrial sectors, ambient air must be continuously monitored for hazardous gases. The NDIR sensors from the smartMODULFLOW and smartMODULPREMIUM series by smartGAS are ideally suited for this application: They detect even the smallest concentrations of a wide range of gases and can be integrated into all types of analytical devices thanks to their compact design.

With the NDIR sensors from the smartMODULFLOW and smartMODULPREMIUM series, gases can be detected in various application areas. The long-term stable sensing elements are characterized by low detection limits, very low drift, a wide temperature range, and fast response times of 12 s @ 0.7 l / min. Compared to chemical measurement methods, smartGAS NDIR sensors are also low-maintenance and thus significantly reduce operating costs.

The sensors of the smartMODULFLOW series reliably measure the concentration of CO, CO2, SO2, and CH4, helping companies meet strict environmental regulations and prevent accidents. The NDIR sensor FLOWEVOCO (0-2000 ppm) detects, for example, the CO content in exhaust gases with an accuracy of up to 1 ppm. It can be used as a CO meter or flue gas analyzer in combustion and biogas plants as well as in scientific research.

Specifically designed for process control, laboratory analysis, and environmental monitoring, the FLOWEVO CO2 is characterized by high precision and selectivity, as well as a long lifespan and low signal drift (≤± 2%). It is available in measurement ranges of 0-5 Vol. %, 0-10 Vol. %, and 0-20 Vol.%.

The FLOWEVO SO2 (0-2000 ppm) is suitable for emission measurement, process control, or environmental analysis. Its low detection limit (≤± 1 %) and high long-term stability also make this sensor ideal for research applications.

The FLOWEVO CH4 measures the methane content of ambient air (0-5 Vol. %) and is used in industrial process control as well as in laboratory and environmental analysis and scientific research. The sensor is easy to integrate into OEM systems and can be connected to a controller in various ways.

The smartMODULPREMIUM series additionally features a compact interface electronics that further enhances the sensor's performance. The sensor is read and configured via an RS485 interface using Modbus ASCII / RTU. It is also equipped with an ambient pressure sensor.
