The clean-tek product range of cleanroom technology includes various elements, such as ceilings, walls, and doors. The cleanroom specialist clean-tek has been active in cleanroom technology for several decades and produces sophisticated cleanroom solutions. This includes the GMP 50 wall system.

GMP 50: flexible and stable wall system

The cleanroom walls of the wall system consist of prefabricated monoblock elements that are securely clamped. Patented band railings with cover strips create seamless and airtight seals. The wall elements can be rebuilt and replaced without special tools. Flexible cutouts in the wall and compensation for construction tolerances are also possible.

The walls are produced precisely to fit. The dimensions are always variable—whether element width and height, height of glazing, or partition glazing. Additionally, all wall elements can be combined, such as partition glazing elements with doors. All clean-tek wall elements form the basic building blocks for the specific cleanroom and enable the construction of absolutely sterile rooms.

Additional advantages of clean-tek wall elements

The clean-tek wall elements offer a grid size of 1200 mm, which is typically interrupted by an installation shaft from the suspended ceiling to the floor. This is ideal for installing cables of all kinds.
Depending on the requirements, the wall panels are made from different materials, such as aluminum, stainless steel, or with glass elements. Fully glazed elements are also offered by clean-tek.
