"We had numerous visitors at our booth and were able to establish many high-quality contacts with companies we had not known before. Many of our customers also visited us at the fair to learn about our new products and discuss ongoing projects. A total of 254 companies from 15 countries presented new, further developed, and proven products and services at the 13th edition of parts2clean. They occupied a net exhibition space of nearly 6,800 square meters, which is an increase of about three percent.

The comprehensive and representative range of offerings for industrial parts cleaning attracted around 4,100 trade visitors to the Stuttgart exhibition grounds. "Just over 80 percent of the trade visitors come to parts2clean with concrete or potential investment intentions," explains Olaf Daebler, Managing Director of parts2clean at Deutsche Messe AG. "More than a third of them are dealing with sums of 100,000 euros or more. This underscores the importance of parts2clean as a place to initiate business." The trade visitors came from a total of 25 countries. The proportion of foreign visitors was 20 percent. The strongest visitor nations were Switzerland, Austria, France, and Italy, followed by Spain and the United Kingdom. About one-third of all visitors took the opportunity to deepen their cleaning knowledge through lectures at the parts2clean Fachforum. Guided Tours have also established themselves. This participation was also very successful; we were able to establish many high-quality contacts again. We will also participate in 2016, probably with a larger booth." For Hans-Jörg Wössner, Managing Director of acp – advanced clean production GmbH, participation in parts2clean 2016 is already confirmed: "This year's parts2clean was fantastic for us. A key factor is certainly that companies, especially from the automotive and supplier industry, have increasingly higher cleanliness requirements and want to avoid liquid media more and more. We can offer a solution for this." Rainer Straub, Sales Director at Dürr Ecoclean GmbH, is also satisfied with this year's participation: "The focus of our exhibition presentation this year was the topic of innovation with corresponding systems. The response from visitors was very good, and they actively inquired about the innovative features that distinguish and characterize these systems."

The most important trade fair in the field of industrial parts cleaning is parts2clean, not only because of the excellent opportunities for business initiation but also for networking. "parts2clean is the meeting point for targeted customers and sales organizations and thus the ideal platform to present our new products. At the same time, we can establish contacts with sales partners in other countries and with system manufacturers and build cooperations," summarizes Attila Arsan, Managing Director of the Turkish company Intersonik. For Professor Lothar Schulze, Managing Director of SITA Messtechnik GmbH, networking is also an essential part of the trade fair participation: "parts2clean stands out due to a decisive unique selling point. Experts meet here not only to do business but also to exchange ideas about the future of industrial parts cleaning and to establish cooperations." Similarly, Chuck Sexton, Global Product Line Manager Industrial at the American chemical manufacturer Kyzen, sees it: "As always, parts2clean 2015 was an excellent opportunity for us to exchange ideas with our customers, partners, and sales organizations. We were able to establish many high-quality contacts again. I believe parts2clean is the best worldwide meeting point for system manufacturers, chemical suppliers, and providers of other products in the field of industrial parts cleaning, and we will also participate again in 2016."

Company representatives from various industries visited parts2clean. The main sectors included machinery and plant engineering, automotive and vehicle industry, metalworking, surface technology and processing, chemical and process engineering, electronics and electrical engineering, medical and pharmaceutical technology, precision mechanics and optics, contract cleaning, tool and mold making, as well as aerospace. Visitors were satisfied with the offerings of the exhibitors. This is also evidenced by the high willingness to recommend parts2clean or to visit again. 98 percent of respondents would recommend the fair. 64 percent plan to attend parts2clean 2016 again. No wonder, as 53 percent of visitors believe that the importance of parts2clean for the industry is becoming increasingly significant, and another 44 percent believe it will remain stable.
