High-quality connection technology from Eisele

With LIQUIDLINE, Eisele offers a comprehensive range of quick-connect fittings and couplings for secure cooling performance in electrical engineering.

From April 23 to 27, 2018, Eisele will be exhibiting at the Hannover Messe for the first time. The specialist for high-quality connection components made entirely of metal is focusing on a new rotary connection as well as coolant water connections for applications in power electronics and electrical engineering. With the MULTILINE E, Eisele also presents a unique modular solution for individually configurable multi-media couplings.

Eisele has developed a ball-bearing rotary connection that can transfer compressed air from a fixed to a rotating component. Wherever nickel-plated brass can be used, the new rotary connection is suitable and can be used within a working pressure range of -0.9 to 16 bar. The rotary connection is available in straight and angled versions for hose outer diameters of eight, ten, and twelve millimeters. The new quick-connect in program 14 of the Eisele BASICLINE is the first fully rotatable connection in the Eisele range. The rotary movement is enabled by a hybrid ball bearing made of stainless steel with ceramic balls, which is approved for speeds up to 800 revolutions per minute.

Secure cooling performance in electrical engineering

In coolant water installations for electrical applications, the highest level of sealing is crucial. Leaks that could cause short circuits must be reliably avoided. For this purpose, Eisele offers the push-in fittings of the LIQUIDLINE series 2500 made of corrosion-resistant brass. They meet special requirements for hose retention capability. Thanks to the patented connection technology, the hoses sit securely and leak-proof even with frequent shocks or movements of the hose. Even with strong pressure fluctuations in the cooling system or additional tension on the hose, the high safety against unintentional hose release proves its worth. To cover various application cases, Eisele manufactures the push-in fittings and quick-connects for coolant water also from particularly durable stainless steel and corrosion-resistant aluminum. For maximum cooling performance in power electronics applications, Eisele has additionally combined its proven all-metal screw-in connections with swiveling pipe bends at 90° or 45° angles as intermediate pieces. These coolant water connections are particularly suitable for high-performance applications where it is essential to achieve the maximum possible flow rate.

Modular system for multi-couplings

The MULTILINE E is a completely new modular system for combining compressed air, vacuum, gases, coolant water, liquids, electrical, and electronic media in a single coupling body. With the MULTILINE E, Eisele sets standards for tool and format changeovers on industrial machines and robots. Thanks to the perfectly coordinated modular design, different hose diameters, connection types, and media can be flexibly integrated into a multi-coupling.
