High-precision vaccine monitoring made easy

SenseAnywhere is an intuitive monitoring system for fully automated temperature monitoring in the pharmaceutical industry.

Medicines such as vaccines must be transported and stored at specific temperatures. Temperatures that are too low or too high can compromise the quality, safety, and efficacy of the vaccines. The cold chain must therefore be carefully and continuously monitored. Different vaccines require different temperature ranges. These can be reliably monitored within a range of -200 °C to +200 °C using SenseAnywhere data loggers.

The temperature data loggers meet the strictest class of the EU regulation for data loggers EN12830:2018, accuracy class 0.2. The data loggers (AiroSensors) are used in combination with Smart-PT100 sensors to ensure the safe distribution and storage of various vaccines. Transport alarms indicate whether the sensitive goods were transported under the correct conditions or not.

With a battery life of 10 years, the AiroSensors are resource-efficient and sustainable. The rules of GAMP 5 are followed, the software is validated, and it meets the regulatory requirements of FDA 21 CFR part 11.
