High Performance in the Production Environment
New from LPW: PowerPulse CNp system with ultrasound
Requires minimal floor space and offers maximum High Purity technology: the new PowerPulse CNp with ultrasound from LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH. The compact, semi-automatic system was designed for demanding industrial applications in production environments and offers high performance, especially at low throughput rates, high-quality auxiliary processes, and in sensitive manufacturing areas.
The PowerPulse CNp is designed as a multi-stage system and functions as a complete unit with manual batch handling. It combines impulse vacuum through cyclic nucleation (CNp) and ultrasound. Both methods can be used simultaneously or selectively depending on the cleaning task. Additionally, the system features an integrated full-stream filtration that ensures stable process conditions and supports near-production, low-maintenance operation. Another essential component is the integrated vacuum infrared drying as a standalone process stage. It is an integral part of the concept and enables efficient and quality-assured results, even for sensitive or demanding components.
Dirk Konzok, Sales Manager and Authorized Signatory at LPW: "We have responded to the increased demand from our customers for a simple semi-manual CNp ultrasound system that can do much more than previous solutions. Now we are bridging the gap between laboratory technology and near-production cleaning. The new LPW product stands for a practical approach to high-quality cleaning of complex geometries: powerful, flexible, and tailored to the requirements of modern manufacturing processes."
The system is particularly suitable for demanding tasks in areas such as medical technology, additive manufacturing, or general industry. Typical application fields include cleaning medical devices, capillaries, and stents, de-powdering additively manufactured components, and cleaning complex geometries after post-processing. Additionally, pre- and intermediate cleaning processes in subtractive manufacturing are possible.
