The newly available vacuum handling system in Schmalz's portfolio, "PalVac Sprint Hygienic," moves heavy loads in cleanrooms and hygienic areas. Thanks to clever design and the use of high-quality materials, the hose lifter can be cleaned quickly and easily, leaving no chance for dirt.

The vacuum hose lifter PalVac Sprint Hygienic supports professionals in hygienic areas and cleanrooms when handling containers such as bags, tanks, and canisters. It is suitable for frequent and rapid lifting and moving of heavy loads. The polished stainless steel surfaces with uniform grain direction prevent adhesion and allow cleaning agents to drain well. The seamless welded joints also contribute to this. The metal components made of stainless steel V2A / SAE 304 and the wipeable protective hose are resistant to many cleaning agents, and the system can be disassembled without tools.

Move loads up to 50 kilograms

The handling solution consists of a vacuum hose lifter and a crane. Tri-Clover connections connect the lifting unit, control panel, and gripper. The gripper seals are made of FDA-compliant silicone, suitable for direct contact with food. The integrated HEPA filter in the hose lifter protects the interior of the lifting hose from contamination. A differential pressure indicator informs about the level of contamination of the filter elements, allowing for timely replacement. An electric blower generates the vacuum that moves loads up to 50 kilograms. Individually tailored suction cups are suitable for different workpieces. The control unit with a handle enables lifting, lowering, and releasing the load.

Large operating radius

Schmalz's PalVac stainless steel swivel cranes provide the necessary operating radius for the PalVac hose lifter. Also made of stainless steel and optimized for hygiene, they are perfect for use in all areas where cleanliness is essential. The diamond-shaped crane profile reduces horizontal surfaces and simplifies cleaning of the crane. The cranes can be configured individually for different applications and allow high working speed and positioning accuracy. They support ergonomic and fatigue-free handling. The crane column can be mounted on the floor or ceiling, and the swivel bearing allows movements of 220 degrees. Employees can adjust the crane's ease of movement via a set screw. Depending on the application, the PalVac crane operates with a conventional or articulated arm boom.
