Gregor Langer takes over the management of RK Rose+Krieger GmbH from Hartmut Hoffmann

Dr.-Ing. Gregor Langer (r.) takes over the management of RK Rose+Krieger GmbH from Hartmut Hoffmann (l.) on July 1, 2021, who is retiring.

Hartmut Hoffmann, who successfully managed the business of RK Rose+Krieger GmbH since 2008 and developed the company into a globally successful full-service provider for linear, profile assembly, and connection technology with a unique range of services, is retiring as of June 30, 2021. His successor is Dr.-Ing. Gregor Langer, starting July 1, 2021.

The graduate engineer in materials science and PhD in mechanical engineering gained his initial professional experience in the private sector after his academic career as a technical manager and later managing director of a medium-sized supplier to the machinery and plant engineering sector with corporate ties. After completing an MBA alongside his job and several years working as an independent business and technology consultant, Langer joined the Kendrion Group in 2013 as managing director. Since then, he has been focused on drive and automation technology. At Kendrion, he was responsible, among other things, for post-merger integration and realignment of a manufacturing site, as well as the development and implementation of the global growth and digitalization strategy as head of the "Industrial Drive Systems" business unit, with its associated worldwide sales and production locations.

His stated goal is to continue creating sustainable, profitable growth with RK's products both at the headquarters and subsidiaries in Germany, as well as in the worldwide branches of the Phoenix Mecano Group.
