Gloves for glove boxes

Different materials and shaft diameters

Gloveboxes are used for working with hazardous or sensitive substances. They are hermetically sealed and gas-tight against their environment. Depending on the application, they protect the person or the product from dangerous and undesirable influences.

Special gloves are required for work inside the glovebox. These gloves extend deep into the box so that the user can handle items inside the box without the risk of contamination.

The gloves are made from various materials such as, for example,

- Brom-Butyl Rubber (BIIR)
- Brom-Butyl Rubber (BIIR) with Viton® coating (FPM)
- Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM)
- Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Rubber (EPDM)
- XSBR Elastomer

Available. The choice of the appropriate glove depends on the application.
