Dr. Gernod Dittel was awarded the "CEO TODAY HEALTHCARE AWARDS - 2020" by the magazine 'CEO Today'.

"The future belongs to the younger generation, and we must do everything to give them a perspective in this regard, to contribute to improving the world of technology and human life."

With this statement, Dr. Dittel concluded his interview in the magazine; he emphasized that it is a personal conviction and a life motto for him to promote and guide the younger generations as well as to provide them with development opportunities.

Leading a company to success can be achieved by a few people, but generating enthusiasm in the hearts and souls is the more difficult task, which requires a rather rare quality of leadership. As a team, this is exactly our experience. Dr. Dittel, who is constantly in contact with the personal challenges of his team members, is always available, prioritizes others, teaches patiently, supports in case of mistakes, and possesses many other qualities that ultimately make him a unique leader.
