GEMÜ membrane seat valves can be integrated into multi-way valve blocks made of stainless steel

Multi-way valve block made of stainless steel with control valve GEMÜ 567 BioStar and membrane valves GEMÜ 650 BioStar for dosing from a sterilizer loop and distribution to multiple outlets.

The valve specialist GEMÜ now offers solutions to manufacture membrane seat valves with PD technology (Plug Diaphragm) as multi-way valve blocks made of stainless steel, ensuring process safety.

The focus here is on the requirements of "Hygienic Design" and economical and process-optimized manufacturing. From now on, it is possible to configure multi-way valves with membrane seat valves individually according to customer requirements. For example, multi-way valve blocks with the control valve GEMÜ 567 BioStar control have already been designed for aseptic dosing from a pure water loop. Another example includes filling blocks with filling valves GEMÜ F40 and GEMÜ F60, which have been developed as complete solutions for gas control in combination with auxiliary valves.

The integration of membrane seat valves into multi-way valve blocks combines the advantages of a valve block with those of PD technology. This opens up new possibilities for plant operators, which GEMÜ can implement according to customer requirements.
