Plant engineering by KITZMANN – stands for effective, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly solutions

The new process engineering plant was developed by KITZMANN on behalf of the customer (chemical industry) and produces a liquid composed of various raw materials, which exhibits particularly critical and uniquely variable physical properties.

This required close collaboration with the company's development department because the recipes were continuously optimized and the process had to be repeatedly adapted to the product.
A key criterion was the fidelity to the recipe. Even the smallest deviations could influence the product quality to the point of unusability.

Another essential aspect was to find an effective, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly solution. The material from the start-up and shutdown process was reused, resulting in almost no waste.

The pilot plant, despite a tight schedule, convinced: with a well-thought-out concept, rapid implementation, as well as innovative new approaches and solutions, KITZMANN was awarded the contract to realize the entire production plant.
