With the ITAS series, RK Rose and Krieger offers a staircase and work platform system that provides numerous advantages in cleanrooms, such as smooth contour transitions for easy cleaning.

Hygiene-critical production areas place special demands on the machines, systems, and technical components used there. RK Rose+Krieger GmbH offers a range of products for various hygiene standards in the industry. The spectrum ranges from applications in cleanrooms of class 1 to 9, up to applications in food-related areas.

With the ITAS series, RK Rose+Krieger offers a stair and work platform system that provides numerous advantages in cleanrooms: The components impress with a high-quality appearance and simple construction thanks to standardized elements and available 3D data sets. Additionally, the parts made from corrosion-resistant aluminum casting create smooth contour transitions, facilitating the cleaning of the system. Thanks to the easy assembly and disassembly of the ITAS components, it is possible to easily insert individual parts or pre-assembled modules into cleanrooms. Due to the low weight of the aluminum elements, lifting devices can also be omitted. The internal clamping system can be offered in various materials upon customer request – such as stainless steel.

For cleanrooms of class 1 – where sensitive components such as semiconductors are manufactured – RK Rose+Krieger offers the Profile Linear Units of the RK Duoline clean series for automation tasks. For cleanrooms of classes 5 to 9, the company provides the Multilift II clean hydraulic lift column as a hygienic solution for ergonomic workstations. All components have been tested and certified according to EN ISO 14644-1.

For the mechanical processing and packaging of food, RK Rose+Krieger supplies the single-pipe linear unit E-II as well as pipe connection elements Robust Clamps, also available in stainless steel. This provides the company with robust, corrosion-resistant, and wash-down capable solutions that meet the hygiene regulations of the industry.
