A perfectly installed and well-maintained floor not only creates an inviting atmosphere but also significantly contributes to the preservation of property value. Often, it is just small tricks and techniques that ensure the flawless appearance of the floor covering. Therefore, nora offers various training courses in 2023 related to the installation and cleaning of rubber flooring. At the seminars held in the in-house training and information center in Weinheim, application technology specialists share their expertise. The offerings are diverse and aimed at different target groups. Starting this year, learning at nora is no longer limited to in-person sessions: from the end of March, webinars on various topics such as quick-installation systems, grouting, or double seam cutting will be available for the first time. This aligns the Weinheim-based rubber specialist with the increasingly digital professional continuing education. Registration for the different seminars is now open. The training overview:

Basic Seminars on the Installation of Rubber Floors

A two-day course for installers who have little or no experience with installing rubber floors. Fundamental topics such as substrate preparation, double seam cutting, grouting, bonding, and forming stairs are covered. Participants can practice installation under the guidance of experienced application technicians and receive valuable tips to make their work easier. In addition to a theoretical and practical part, where the processing steps are demonstrated step-by-step, there is also a factory tour.

Seminars for Qualified nora Installers

A two-day seminar focusing on the practical execution of installation and processing of rubber flooring. Led by experienced factory installers, participants who already have experience in installing rubber floors practice efficiently and error-free installation of sheets, tiles, and forming stairs in a relaxed and collegial atmosphere. The seminar also covers installation on different substrates and wall elevation. The quick-installation systems nora nTx and nora dryfix or nora dryfix ed are also part of the seminars. A factory tour is included as well.

Seminars for Cleaning Managers and Service Providers

nora flooring leaves the Weinheim factory as premium products. To ensure they look good over the long term in daily use and meet specific hygiene standards, proper cleaning is of great importance. In this two-day seminar, a nora application technician demonstrates various cleaning procedures and provides tips for restoring damaged surfaces.
