The structure of the corporate group has been simplified:

As part of a growth process, the operational business of clean-tek Reinraumtechnik GmbH + Co.KG
was retroactively transferred to its 100% limited partner, clean-tek Invest GmbH, as of January 1, 2023. This entity was renamed clean-tek Reinraumtechnik GmbH. This measure is solely for the purpose of simplifying the corporate group.

All areas of the company, including the general terms and conditions as well as all banking information and payment options, remain unchanged. Furthermore, the address known to customers and all contact details remain unaffected by the restructuring.
