Founding of SCI GmbH: The Cleanroom division of Schiller Automatisierungstechnik GmbH will become an independent company

Since April 1, 2025, the Cleanroom division of Schiller Automation Technology GmbH has been operating as an independent company under the name SCI GmbH. This strategic decision enables the company to focus even more specifically on customized cleanroom intralogistics solutions for the semiconductor and electronics industries.

The company Schiller offers innovative automation solutions for industry. Over 15 years ago, the company established an additional business segment with the development of particle-reduced storage solutions and corresponding conveyor systems for cleanrooms in the semiconductor and electronics industries. Today, solutions from the cleanroom sector enable continuous automation of material flow within entire production lines in the cleanroom. What initially started as an additional business area has developed into an important and rapidly growing sector. To harness this potential even more effectively and to further advance specialization, the cleanroom division is now being spun off into its own company – SCI GmbH.

The management of SCI GmbH is taken over by Markus Haider, who previously led the business division, supported by Martin Brunngraber as authorized signatory.

Strategic Development with Future Potential

With its independence, SCI GmbH can further expand its core competencies and bring innovative solutions to market more quickly. As part of the international corporate platform SCIO Automation, it also benefits from a strong network and can offer even more comprehensive solutions together with sister companies in the SCIO Automation Business Segment "Cleanroom Technologies." This creates optimal conditions to respond flexibly to market demands and to realize forward-looking cleanroom solutions.
